Fraser, Co-founder of Clota Varde is an Investor, Entrepreneur and Business Leader. He has over 35 years experience of investing in real assets (commercial and residential portfolios) via various structures.

Fraser is an influencer and a driver for change in the built environment. Recognising that the greenest building is the one that is already in the ground; he is an advocate for the reuse and repurpose of buildings wherever possible; and the circular economy.

He is also a driver for change to improve the prospects for young adults with Special Needs and Disabilities; starting with housing.
