We provide early and growth-stage companies with expertise on all aspects of fundraising, project finance, refinancing, divestment and investment. This includes developing business plans, formulating fundraising strategies, building financial models, structuring investments and capital, preparing for due diligence and assessing transaction demand.
Fundraising
We help growth-stage companies with their funding roadmap. First, we help them get investor-ready. This involves providing review and assistance where necessary in finalising the investment structure, financial model, investment proposition, virtual data room and marketing materials.
Next, we draw on our extensive network of institutional investors to identify the right investors for the opportunity. We then introduce suitably aligned potential investors to the client and facilitate engagement between the two parties throughout the funding process.
